Standard shipping is via USPS or UPS, depending on your selection at checkout, and may take up to 5 business days to arrive based on your location. All orders include tracking, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as orders can only be shipped to the address provided. We are unable to offer refunds for incorrect shipping addresses.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If an issue arises, we recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
U.S. orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.
